Disciplinary procedures for new entrant civil servants serving in a probationary capacity
The purpose of this Circular is to set out the procedures to be followed where concern has arisen, or an allegation has been made, that serious misconduct may have occurred on the part of a new entrant civil servant serving in a probationary capacity to whom the Civil Service Disciplinary Code Circular 19/2016 (or that Code as amended or replaced) does not apply.
