Framework Agreement for the Provision of External Workplace Investigation Services
The Office of Government Procurement has established a new Framework Agreement for the Provision of External Workplace Investigation Services. These services will support implementation of the new Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (DPER) Dignity at Work Policy, an Anti-Bullying, Harassment and Sexual Harassment Policy for the Irish Civil Service.
This Framework Agreement has been put in place in conjunction with the HR Policy Unit of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. The Framework is also open for use by non-civil service public-sector Framework Clients in accordance with their specific in-house HR policies.
Framework Clients are asked to ensure that relevant staff in your bodies (in particular HR) are made aware of this Framework and that it is used for all requirements for investigations under the Dignity at Work Policy from now on.
