Performance Management Overview

This Performance Management tool provides a generic perspective and foundation to dealing with performance management; however, managers must also refer to the relevant general council reports and/or local arrangements for performance management. Departments and Offices are encouraged to customise this material within the overall parameters of the central agreed performance management system.

Formalise this at least twice a year through holding interim and annual reviews.

Resume dialogue with the employee as part of a regular performance management regime.
